Stored Energy Systems in Longmont, CO is seeking a Field Service Coordinator II to efficiently schedule and dispatch field technicians and approved Vendors, manage routine service requests, and maintain accurate service documentation.

The role supports process improvements, coordinates travel and multi-site service activities, and collaborates with Customer Service, Procurement, and internal teams to resolve issues, while guiding junior coordinators.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in field service coordination, dispatch, or related roles.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple service requests, schedules, and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Independently coordinate and dispatch Field Service Technicians and Vendors for onsite service.
• Manage routine and moderately complex service requests from scheduling to completion.
• Develop schedules considering technician availability, travel, and customer priorities.
• Escalate complex issues to leadership and maintain open communication with customers.
