Qualifications

• 3+ years of dispatch and/or administrative experience.
• Construction, field service, or high-performance service environment preferred.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Experience with service or dispatch software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming customer service requests with technicians and internal staff to ensure timely response.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls, maintenance, projects, and appointments.
• Provide technicians with accurate information to complete service calls.
• Monitor technician availability and forecast scheduling needs.
• Communicate with customers to meet service commitments.
• Use service management software to create calls and updates.
• Review open service calls for follow-up and completion.
• Assist with purchase order needs for technicians and coordinators.
• Create field service quotes and generate calls when approved.
• Update data from technicians' mobile apps.
• Coordinate with service accounting on completed calls.
• Assist project coordinators with scheduling technicians for projects.
• Collaborate with other dispatchers for coverage and consistency.
• Assist Dispatch Supervisor with extra tasks.
