Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience in dispatching or HVAC service coordination preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians for service calls.
• Maintain and update service schedules in the dispatching system.
• Prioritize service calls based on customer status.
• Document service call resolutions and completed work orders.
• Prepare completed service calls for invoicing and billing.
