Job summary

United Rentals is seeking a Field Service Dispatcher to organize the daily dispatch of Field Service Technicians for a metro area, ensuring safe and timely service calls and exchanges. You will work with branch and operations managers to optimize scheduling and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating with technicians, monitoring repair times and parts, and handling invoicing for field service customer owned equipment. A high school diploma and valid license are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills essential.
• Knowledge of DOT/Federal Motor Carrier rules preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, schedule and dispatch field technicians for metro area.
• Coordinate with branch/operations managers to ensure timely service calls.
