This role blends hands-on field service experience with strong leadership and dispatch skills to ensure real-time repairs, parts coordination, and top-tier customer service across multiple locations.

The position requires 2–3 years as a field service technician in relevant industries, plus excellent communication and problem-solving

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a field service technician in agricultural, construction, or material handling equipment industries.
• Strong dispatcher and coordination abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, dispatch and support a team of field technicians.
• Provide real-time troubleshooting assistance on repair jobs using technical expertise.
• Coordinate parts orders, support rental department, and ensure best in class service repairs across branches.
• Interview, hire, and mentor new service technicians.
