Job summary

LanceSoft in Broussard, LA is seeking a Field Service Specialist to serve as the primary contact for customer accounts, coordinate field service work, and support laboratory testing.

The role requires at least 2 years in field service coordination or related operations, strong MS Office skills, and a Bachelor’s in Chemistry or related field. This position offers daytime hours and hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in field service coordination, customer service, account management, laboratory operations, or a related industry.
• Experience managing customer accounts and providing exceptional customer service.
• Experience collecting samples and performing laboratory analysis/testing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and oversee daily activities of field service technicians assigned to customer accounts.
• Contribute to the development and execution of operational plans for the department and service team.
• Collect customer samples in accordance with established procedures and safety standards and perform laboratory analysis.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather and communicate technical information to support customer needs.
