Job summary

VIVA USA Inc in Louisiana seeks a field service coordinator to act as the primary liaison among customers, field technicians, and internal teams. You will coordinate field operations, support customer relationships, and oversee technician activities for assigned accounts, identifying opportunities for value-added services.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service, operational coordination, and laboratory experience with sample collection and analysis.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in field service coordination, customer service, account management, laboratory operations, or a related industry.
• Experience managing customer accounts and providing exceptional customer service.
• Experience collecting samples and performing laboratory analysis/testing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools.
• TWIC card preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Account & Customer Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, ensure high customer satisfaction, and respond to inquiries.
• Field Service Coordination: Oversee daily activities of field service technicians, communicate schedules and requirements, and monitor service execution.
• Operations Support: Develop and execute operational plans, implement improvements, and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Laboratory & Sample Analysis: Collect samples, perform lab analyses, document results, and ensure equipment maintenance.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work with cross-functional teams, organize technical information, and participate in planning discussions.
