Job summary

ASR International Corp is seeking a Field Service Coordinator contractor in Delek Krotz Springs, LA to serve as the liaison between customers, field service technicians, and internal teams. You will coordinate field operations, support customer relationships, and oversee technician activities for assigned accounts.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, at least two years of related experience including laboratory sample collection and analysis, and proficiency with Microsoft

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in field service coordination, customer service, account management, laboratory operations, or related.
• Experience managing customer accounts and providing exceptional customer service.
• Experience collecting samples and performing laboratory analysis/testing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and oversee daily activities of field service technicians assigned to customer accounts.
• Monitor service execution and provide support to field personnel to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Contribute to development and execution of annual operational plans for the department and service team.
• Collect customer samples in accordance with established procedures and safety standards.
• Work closely with business unit personnel, field service teams, laboratory staff, and account management teams.
