Job summary

SHINE Systems is seeking an experienced Field Service Analyst to join our team. The role focuses on operating and training others on software like Gotham, Gaia, and Foundry, while strengthening user relationships worldwide.

You will troubleshoot technical issues, develop new use cases, and work with analysts to solve complex problems. A TS/SCI clearance and experience in DoD or Intelligence missions are required, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience training users in Gotham.
• Experience training (Classroom or Deskside).
• Troubleshooting technical issues.
• Understanding of DoD/Intelligence missions.
• TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Willingness to travel CONUS/OCONUS as needed.
