Job summary

SHINE Systems is seeking an experienced Field Service Analyst to train users on Gotham and related software, troubleshoot issues, and develop new use cases. You will work with analysts to solve unique problems and strengthen customer relationships across a global team.

The role requires familiarity with DoD/Intelligence missions, TS clearance (SCI eligible), and willingness to travel CONUS/OCONUS as needed. You will contribute to feature feedback and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Hands-on training of users on the Gotham software product.
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues across software platforms.
• Strong communication skills and familiarity with DoD/Intelligence missions.
• Willingness to travel CONUS and OCONUS as required.
• TS clearance is REQUIRED, SCI eligible.
