Job summary

SHINE Systems is seeking experienced operations and intelligence professionals to join our team as Field Service Analysts. You will be on the front lines supporting users, troubleshooting issues, and developing new use cases for Gotham, Gaia, Foundry, and related software.

You will collaborate with analysts across a global enterprise, train users, and provide feedback to improve software features while promoting cross‑team collaboration to ensure customer success. TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Gotham and ability to train users on its features.
• Experience delivering classroom or deskside training.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex software issues.
• Knowledge of DoD, intelligence, or law enforcement missions.
