Job summary

Moove NA, a national leader in lubricant distribution, seeks a Field Service Specialist to grow service and sales within the assigned region. You will manage customer relationships, understand client needs, and support the sales team to increase account penetration.

This role involves coordinating orders, overseeing inventory at customer sites, traveling to high-priority locations, and providing technical service tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret business documents and interact with customers and management.
• Familiarity with office software, CRM systems, and data management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships and support customer needs to increase penetration and retention.
• Advocate for the customer while balancing company needs.
• Follow sales policies and maintain sales culture to provide service.
• Manage inventory at customer sites via VMI process.
• Create orders and submit to customer care.
• Inspect equipment and submit service orders as needed.
• Travel to high-priority locations as required.
• Engage customers and build relationships to ensure retention.
• Use tools and services to retain customers and support sales goals.
• Provide sales support to the team as needed.
• Share knowledge with field sales managers.
