Maffey's Security Group is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Consultant for our Elizabeth, NJ location. You will identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the commercial security and low-voltage markets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in B2B security sales and a solid understanding of access control, CCTV, and alarm systems. You will build relationships with owners and decision-makers, presenting customized solutions and coordinating with project teams to ensure successful

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales in security/low-voltage or technology solutions.
• Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV, and alarm systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities in commercial markets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with business owners, property managers, contractors, and decision-makers.
• Conduct on-site consultations to assess security and low voltage needs, offering customized solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
• Coordinate with project and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM.
