Job summary

ADT is seeking a motivated sales advisor to protect homes and small businesses. You will visit customers, explain security and smart business solutions, and build trust with owners and decision-makers. This role emphasizes consultative sales and ongoing relationships across your territory.

The position offers uncapped commissions, training, mileage reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package. You must be willing to travel within your designated territory and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct post-installation follow-ups with customers to confirm commitments were fulfilled and strengthen long-term relationships.
• Cultivate new business opportunities: identify and generate new small business leads within your territory to maximize outreach and growth.
