Job summary

Extrity Services is seeking a Sales Development Representative to build local business relationships through planned pop-ins and territory bids. This field-based role in Greater Philadelphia focuses on meeting decision-makers, introducing Extrity services, and learning client needs.

You will balance pop-ins (60%) with bid work (40%), manage CRM data with precision, and pursue qualified opportunities through strategic outreach and timely follow-up.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Professional, punctual, hospitality-minded approach and persistence in following up.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Plan pop-in routes by industry and geographic cluster; meet decision-makers and introduce Extrity services.
• Maintain accurate territory account lists and verify decision-makers; clean duplicates in CRM.
• Follow through on pop-ins and bids with tailored calls and emails to develop qualified meetings or bid opportunities.
• Qualify opportunities by need, timing, budget, decision-maker, and fit; record outreach in CRM the same day.
