Job summary

Extrity Services is seeking an energetic Sales Development Representative to expand our presence throughout the Greater Philadelphia area. This role focuses on generating new business, building relationships with business leaders, and managing the prospect pipeline to drive growth.

Responsibilities include field visits, identifying opportunities, coordinating bids and proposals, and collaborating with leadership to submit competitive responses.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or related client-facing roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage confidently with business owners, executives, and decision-makers.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable local travel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person visits with businesses within the assigned territory.
• Introduce prospective clients to Extrity Services' security staffing, consulting, training, and operational solutions.
• Identify client needs and uncover opportunities for future partnerships.
• Schedule meetings, consultations, and site visits for company leadership.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key decision-makers.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, prospecting, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Maintain CRM records and track opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Research and identify relevant public and private bid opportunities.
• Coordinate bid submission activities and ensure deadlines are met.
• Prepare professional proposal packages and supporting documentation.
