Job summary

Entergy in United States, Hawaii is seeking a scheduling coordinator to manage exceptions in project schedules generated by Click. You will work with supervisors to resolve issues and ensure priority work is scheduled, while monitoring communications to field personnel and dispatching crews after start of day.

The role requires multitasking, strong communication, organizational and analytical skills, and travel up to 25% to support field operations.

Qualifications

• Experience or training in scheduling resources or maintenance and construction practices.
• Ability to multitask and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manages exceptions with the schedule Click generates for simple projects.
• Collaborates with supervisors to resolve schedule issues and prioritize work.
• Monitors radio, phone, and system messages to communicate adjustments to field personnel.
• Dispatches work after the start of the day using Click software and adjusts crews as needed.
• Contacts customers to resolve access issues and customer complaints as needed.
• Identifies schedule deficiencies, analyzes alternatives, and recommends solutions.
• Works with Project Management, Construction, Major Accounts, and Distribution Ops Center for outages and coordination.
• Adjusts schedules based on feedback and serves on the Incident Response Team.
