Safety Leadership & High‑Risk Planning – anticipate hazards, embed rules, and ensure controls before mobilization.
Standards Compliance, Quality Control & Work Package Validation – align with standards, perform site assessments and material verification.
System Operations Support, Switching Readiness & Outage Planning – prepare switching packages and coordinate with DOC for safe sequencing.
Execution Readiness & Work Enablement – validate access, permits, logistics, and equipment to enable smooth field execution.
Technical Coaching, Troubleshooting & Field Support – coach planners, resolve planning challenges, and drive improvements.
