Astound is seeking a results-driven door-to-door residential outside sales representative in Illinois. You will engage residents and property managers, present service options, and sign up new customers while leveraging uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential outside sales or field sales is required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Motivated, self-starter with a positive, persuasive demeanor.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and obtain new customers at residences and with property groups.
• Present service solutions, provide quotes, and sign-up orders.
• Manage territory and daily leads, report sales activity to management.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and stay updated on market trends.
• Build Astound brand awareness through direct customer interactions.
