Job summary

Astound is seeking a door-to-door residential outside sales representative in Illinois. The role offers a base salary of $40,000 plus uncapped commissions and the chance to exceed six figures with strong performance.

You will engage residents, property managers, and referral sources to generate new customers, review contract language, and articulate solutions. A positive, autonomous, field-based salesperson will thrive in this environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Face-to-face sales and outdoor field work preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced field environment.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers in residential settings through in-person visits.
• Pursue leads daily and convert to sign-up orders.
• Understand property contracts, service levels, and obligations.
• Distribute marketing materials and build Astound brand awareness.
• Attend sales meetings and report statistics accurately to management.
• Operate door-to-door sales within an assigned protected territory.
