Astound is seeking a high-energy sales professional to handle face-to-face, door-to-door residential outreach in Illinois. The base salary starts at $40,000 with uncapped commissions and strong performance can push earnings toward six figures.

You will engage residents and property managers, present service options, and close sign-up orders in a fast-paced outdoor setting. You will train with robust support, attend mandatory meetings, and report results to management while leveraging marketing

Qualifications

• Experience in direct sales or door-to-door environments is preferred.
• Ability to build relationships and articulate value clearly.
• Comfort working outdoors and in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through in-person visits.
• Present quotes and sign-up orders for service offerings.
• Follow leads daily and meet company quotas in the field.
• Explain contract terms and service levels to customers.
