Job summary

Astound is seeking an energetic outside sales representative to drive residential service sign-ups through face-to-face visits. You will operate door-to-door in the Illinois area, discuss customer needs, and provide quotes with goal of depicting strong earnings through uncapped commissions.

The role offers a base of $40,000 with opportunities for bonuses, incentives, and commissions, aiming at total earnings up to six figures for high performers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work outdoors and meet customers directly.

Responsibilities

• Visit potential customers at residences to discuss service needs and provide quotes.
• Sign-up orders and drive sales in a door-to-door, face-to-face environment.
• Report sales statistics accurately and promptly to management.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and maintain knowledge of offerings.
• Distribute marketing materials and build Astound brand awareness.
