Astound is hiring a door-to-door residential outside sales professional in Illinois. You will earn a base salary of $40,000 with uncapped commissions and a realistic path to six-figure earnings based on performance.

In this role, you’ll meet residents, property managers, and other referral sources, present service options, and close sign-ups. You’ll also distribute marketing materials, participate in campaigns, and report results weekly.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Face-to-face sales experience preferred or demonstrated success in field sales.
• Ability to work outdoors and manage time effectively.

• Visit potential customers at residences to discuss service needs and sign-up orders.
• Represent Astound, distribute marketing material, and promote brand awareness.
• Pursue leads daily and understand property contract language and service levels.
