Astound is recruiting for a door-to-door residential outside sales role in Illinois. You will meet residents and property managers, present service options, quote and close sign-up orders, and pursue leads daily in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

The position offers a $40,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions with the potential to exceed six figures. Expect structured training, quota guidance, and a supportive team environment that rewards high performers.

Qualifications

• Professional, face-to-face interaction with residents, property management groups, and other referral sources.
• Able to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
• Strong communication, presentation and influence skills.
• Sales-quota driven with no earning limits.

Responsibilities

• Visit potential customers at their residences to discuss service needs, providing quotes and sign-up orders.
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily.
• Distribute marketing material and build Astound brand awareness.
• Understand property contract language, service levels, restrictions and obligations.
• Report sales statistics accurately and promptly to management.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and stay updated on market competition.
