Astound is seeking a motivated outside sales representative to grow our residential customer base in Illinois. This role offers a $40,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions with the potential to exceed six figures through strong performance.

You will engage residents in a door-to-door, face-to-face sales environment, discuss service options, and close orders while maintaining excellent customer relationships. A valid driver''s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.
• Face-to-face residential sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through professional, face-to-face interaction with residents and referrals.
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily.
• Discuss service needs, provide quotes and sign-up orders.
• Attend sales meetings and report statistics to management.
• Build Astound brand awareness and understand property contract language and obligations.
