Job summary

Summit Therapeutics Inc. is seeking a dynamic Associate Director of Training & Education to design, implement, and continuously improve global Medical Affairs training programs supporting ivonescimab across NSCLC, CRC, and other tumors.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging curricula, manage the learning management system, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while driving measurable improvements in medical education and field readiness.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences with clinical/research background.
• 3+ years Medical Affairs training experience or 5+ years life sciences experience.
• 2+ years MSL experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Medical Affairs training strategy for ivonescimab in NSCLC, CRC, and other tumors.
• Develop onboarding programs and ongoing education for Medical Affairs team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training with data and priorities.
• Curriculum development and delivery of modules on disease states and compliance.
• Manage LMS content, tracking and metrics to evaluate impact.
• Oversee vendor selection and outsourced training content.
