Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree required (MD/PhD/PharmD).
• 8+ years' experience in pharma/healthcare with 3+ years leading an MSL team.
• Solid tumor oncology experience including pre-launch and launch responsibilities.
• Proven track record building and optimizing field medical teams and supporting launches.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a 7-member MSL national team with high-quality, compliant scientific engagement with HCPs and KOLs.
• Translate TA and Medical Affairs strategy into regional priorities and objectives.
• Oversee field medical programs, launches, and clinical education.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Scientific Affairs, and other partners to align activities with company goals.
