True North Group LLC is seeking an Experienced Outside Sales Trainer in Pearl, Mississippi. You will develop new sales representatives through ride-alongs, field coaching, and hands-on guidance to build confidence and performance.

You will balance personal production with mentorship, lead in the field, and help shape a growth-focused team while delivering demos of our supplemental insurance products. Competitive uncapped commissions and ongoing leadership development are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, with a background in training or leadership preferred.
• Strong communicator who enjoys coaching and motivating others.
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collective success.
• Reliable, organized, and willing to lead in the field.
• Licensed (or willing to obtain) in life & health insurance; licensure support provided.
