Job summary

True North Group LLC is seeking an Experienced Outside Sales Trainer to develop and mentor new sales reps in the field. You’ll lead ride-alongs, coach for confidence, and sustain a growth-driven culture while balancing training with personal production, in a hands-on, field-based role.

This position offers uncapped commissions, weekly draws, and incentives, with licensure support for life and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales with training or leadership background preferred.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Team-oriented with focus on collective success.
• Reliable, organized, and willing to lead in the field.
• Licensed (or willing to obtain) life and health insurance licensure with company reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Support new agents with ride-alongs, field training, and hands-on guidance
• Provide practical coaching to build confidence and consistency
• Encourage a positive, team-focused culture rooted in growth
• Balance personal production with training and mentorship
• Deliver demonstrations of supplemental insurance products in client meetings
