True North Group LLC. is seeking an Experienced Outside Sales Trainer to mentor and develop new sales agents in the Pekin, IL area. The role emphasizes hands-on field training, ride-alongs, and practical coaching to build confidence and consistency in performance.

You will balance your own production with leadership duties, lead by example, and help shape a growing team while supporting licensure in life & health insurance with company backing.

Formación

• Experience in sales, with a background in training or leadership preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching skills to motivate others.
