True North Group LLC is seeking a Field Sales Agent and Trainer to drive production while mentoring a growing team. The role centers on coaching new representatives, delivering essential protection to local families and workers, and building leadership from the ground up.

The ideal candidate brings outside sales experience and a passion for developing others. You’ll join a fast-growing team, with reimbursement for licensing (Health & Life) within 90 days and a pathway toward agency ownership.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or team leadership.
• Currently licensed or willing to get Health & Life license within 90 days; fees reimbursed.
• Strong coaching and training ability.

Responsibilities

• Run in-person appointments with business owners and employees.
• Model high-performance sales behavior for new team members.
• Mentor new hires through onboarding and field training.
• Support sales reps with product knowledge and systems.
• Lead daily or weekly team huddles.
• Track production, forecast activity, and collaborate with leadership.
