True North Group LLC is seeking an Experienced Outside Sales Trainer to coach field agents, lead by example in the field, and help new representatives gain footing. The role blends personal selling with hands-on training to build confidence and consistency across the team.

You will balance field leadership with mentoring duties, deliver practical coaching, and demonstrate supplemental insurance products to clients. This position emphasizes team growth and lasting impact on clients and teammates.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales with training or leadership background preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching skills are essential.
• Team-oriented with a focus on collective success.
• Reliable, organized, and willing to lead in the field.
• Licensed (or willing to obtain) in life & health insurance; licensure reimbursement offered.

Responsibilities

• Support new agents with ride-alongs, field training, and hands-on guidance.
