True North Group LLC is seeking an Experienced Outside Sales Trainer to guide and develop new sales representatives in the field. You will conduct ride-alongs, provide hands-on guidance, and lead by example to build confidence and consistency in the team.

In this role, you will balance personal production with mentoring duties and demonstrate supplemental insurance products to clients. A strong communicator with leadership bent is ideal for advancing with the agency.

Formación

• Experience in sales with a background in training or leadership preferred.
• Strong communicator who enjoys coaching and motivating others.
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collective success.
• Reliable, organized, and willing to lead in the field.
• Licensed (or willing to obtain) life & health insurance licensure with company support.

Responsabilidades

• Support new agents with ride-alongs, field training, and hands-on guidance.
• Provide practical coaching that builds confidence and consistency.
