True North Group in Idaho is seeking an Experienced Outside Sales Trainer who believes great leaders build people. You will mentor new sales representatives in the field, lead by example, and share practical coaching to drive confidence and performance.

You’ll balance your own sales activities with training duties, deliver B2B demonstrations for our life and health insurance products, and contribute to a positive, growth-focused team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales with training or leadership preferred.
• Strong communicator and motivator.
• Team-oriented with focus on collective success.

Responsibilities

• Supporting new agents with ride-alongs, field training, and hands-on guidance.
• Providing practical coaching that builds confidence and consistency.
• Encouraging a positive, team-focused culture rooted in growth.
• Balancing personal production with training and mentorship responsibilities.
• Providing business to business demonstrations for our supplemental insurance products.
