Job summary

Modernize, through its GTR division, is seeking a Field Sales Trainer to coach enterprise sales teams and managers across brands. You will deliver onsite and virtual sessions, tailor curricula to customer processes, and drive adoption of the referral program while aligning with leadership on coaching priorities.

You will travel about two weeks per month, support premium SMBs, and partner with Product, Operations, and Customer Success to improve training materials and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience coaching salespeople or teams.
• Proven ability to drive adoption of new programs.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite and virtual training for client sales teams.
• Coach managers and enable adoption through playbooks and materials.
• Track participation data and follow up on action items.
• Maintain and update training materials and decks.
