Job summary

QuinStreet’s Get The Referral (GTR) is looking for an experienced Field Sales Trainer to coach enterprise sales teams, deliver onsite and virtual training, and help managers embed the referral program into daily workflows.

You will own training content, mentor client leaders, and coordinate with Product, Operations, and Customer Success to drive adoption and measurable results. Travel is required to support multiple brands and regions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as sales manager or team lead.
• Proven success introducing new processes and sustaining changes in sales behavior.
• Ability to balance new initiatives with daily demands of selling and managing a sales team.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills, including leading practice exercises.
• Experience supporting multiple locations or a large sales organization is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite and virtual training for client sales representatives and managers.
• Teach reps how to introduce the referral program and enroll customers as advocates.
• Use role-playing, objection handling, demonstrations, and practical exercises to build confidence and consistency.
• Adapt training to each client’s sales process and adoption level.
• Coordinate with Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams; maintain training materials; provide follow-up coaching.
