Job summary

Leaf Home, a leading provider of technology-driven home solutions, seeks a Sales Trainer to support recruiting, onboarding and development of Sales Representatives and Consultants in the Farmington Hills market.

You will collaborate with Sales Operations to meet or exceed goals, focusing on onboarding, revenue targets and customer experience. Travel within the market will be required, with periodic in-field training and demonstrations as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
• 2+ years in direct selling, outside sales, or related field.
• 1+ years of training and coaching outside sales representatives.
• Ability to translate training documentation into practical applications.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and deliver coaching and training plans for the market.
• Ensure Sales Representatives meet or exceed KPIs for sales and quality metrics.
• Support in-field training and development of sales personnel.
• Identify development opportunities and provide feedback to managers.
• Conduct in-home demonstrations and provide sales quotes when needed.
