Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12 month sales training program with field and classroom components at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.

During training, expect 80-100% travel and overnight stays as you shadow mentors and learn the sales process. Upon completion you will relocate to an assigned territory as a Sales Professional, responsible for meeting monthly and annual quotas selling Reynolds products

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel overnight 80-100% during training.
• Willing to relocate after training completion.

Responsibilities

• Enroll in a 12-month sales training program with field-based and classroom components.
• Travel with Sales Mentor to observe and assist in calls.
• Travel with service and installation teams to learn products.
• Relocate to assigned territory after training and pursue quotas as a Sales Professional.
