Expect hands-on training, a $500 sign-on bonus after 30 days, and base pay with commissions and bonuses. You’ll work across King of Prussia and the Philadelphia corridor, with a company cell phone and mileage reimbursement to support field

Qualifications

• Proven ability to meet activity-based goals.
• Strong communication and professional style.
• Highly motivated, organized, and independent.
• Interest in sales and business development; marketing material a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM and MS Office.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Reliable personal vehicle with current auto insurance for daily travel.

Responsibilities

• High-Volume Prospecting: turn cold knocks or calls into booked meetings using scripts and training.
• Engage Decision-Makers to evaluate fit for Jani-King services.
• Territory Management across King of Prussia and the greater Philly corridor.
• Attend local events, expos, and chamber functions to generate leads.
• Schedule qualified appointments with clear handoff notes.
• Build lasting relationships through consistent follow-up.
• Follow up on inbound leads and event connections to sustain the pipeline.
• Track activity, progress, and results for performance reviews.
• Support Marketing with local content as needed.
