Qualifications

• Must possess federally regulated products, applicants must be 21 years of age at time of hire.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Meet all compliance requirements related to the sale and marketing of regulated products.

Responsibilities

• Owning and growing a defined sales territory.
• Building strong customer relationships with retail and wholesale partners.
• Identifying new business opportunities and growing current business.
• Executing in-market sales strategies and promotional programs.
• Driving distribution, volume, and brand visibility.
• Analyzing territory performance and identifying growth opportunities.
• Collaborating with marketing, operations, and leadership.

Skills

Proven success in a field-based sales role (CPG or adjacent a plus)

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
