Diageo Texas is seeking a Sales Specialist for the Beer Company in the Greater Houston area to drive distributor execution and in-market growth. This field-based role focuses on leading, planning and aligning with distributors to deliver against business targets.

You will partner with wholesalers, monitor KPI achievement, and support multi-channel channels with data-driven insights while maintaining strong relationships.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree required.
Grounded commercial experience in Beer or Spirits preferred.
Distributor experience, either managing or working with a beverage wholesaler.
Strong knowledge of distributor operations.
Insight into On and Off Premise channels.
Proven track record of achieving sales goals with data-driven selling.

Responsibilities

Lead wholesaler execution against quarterly & monthly targets.
Communicate goals and ensure tools support attainment.
Work with distributor personnel to achieve set goals.
Field-based role – Greater Houston area.
Influence wholesalers to implement key sales drivers by brand.
