Job summary

MAPEI Corporation is seeking a UTT Market Specialist to drive growth in underground construction and mining opportunities across injection, waterproofing, and shotcrete product lines. You will partner with Business Development Leaders to identify opportunities, build customer relationships, and travel regularly to support projects within your territory.

Qualifications

High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is preferred.
Experience selling into underground construction or mining.
Strong technical sales, account development, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to evaluate sales opportunities, support pricing and budget decisions.
Ability to travel 50-80% of the time and work flexible hours based on customer and project demands.

Responsibilities

Partner with Business Development Leaders to identify and develop underground construction and mining opportunities, coordinate customer and project site contacts, and grow sales within your assigned territory.
Build and maintain customer relationships and develop partnerships with key equipment and product manufacturers to expand business opportunities.
Maintain strong technical knowledge of UTT products and applications, and introduce new technologies through seminars, presentations, and hands-on product demonstrations.
Support pricing and market strategies, estimate sales potential, address distribution and sales channel needs, and manage assigned sales activities and budgets.
Represent MAPEI at trade shows and sales meetings, and complete expense reports, monthly sales reports, and other administrative requirements promptly.
Perform assigned tasks in conformance with procedures and instructions established in the Business Management System (BMS) and in compliance with applicable Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulatory requirements.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
