Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing or Science or related field.
• 2+ years of sales, inside sales or account management experience; or 1+ year of sales plus healthcare-related experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR; no major violations in 36 months.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to meet facility access requirements for healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze local healthcare ecosystem to identify opportunities and improve patient outcomes.
• Build relationships within accounts and capture CRM data (POC, activities, market intelligence).
• Synthesize data to understand local care system and inform account potential across cross-functional teams.
• Develop and implement business and account plans to increase visibility and sales growth.
• Lead implementation of plans with internal stakeholders to meet business goals.
