Job summary

North Central Insulation is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our Latrobe, PA team. The role involves traveling to meet contractors, builders, and customers, assessing needs, and recommending the best products for each job.

Successful candidates will have prior professional sales experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to work independently in the field while maintaining strong written and verbal communication with clients.

Qualifications

• Prior Professional Sales experience is required.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass and participate in our drug-free safety program.
• Must be a self-motivated and self-driven personality type.

• Travel to homes and/or job sites to meet with customers and take accurate measurements within your territory.
• Maintain contact with the customer throughout the whole sales process: helping them select the best product for them, following up, checking on the job, and collecting payment.
• Continue a service-oriented mindset to continue building strong relationships and networking.

• Construction background is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Meet with contractors, builders, and customers at various locations and job sites to provide product insight, quotes, and recommendations.
• Provide insight into the best product for the customer and quote jobs that need to be started.
• Travel within your territory to meet customers and take accurate measurements.
• Maintain contact with customers throughout the sales process, assisting with product selection, follow-up, and payments.
• Develop new leads and expand the customer base through relationship-building.
