National Floors Direct is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to meet customers in their homes, assess flooring needs, and present solutions from a wide range of brand carpet and flooring products. We are currently seeking a highly motivated, adaptable Sales Representative to join our rapidly growing team! We have an amazing web presence, recognizable brand, great reputation, top notch customer reviews, and a highly-trained in-house call center to provide our sales representatives the best sales opportunities in the industry.

This is a W2 position; salary plus commission. Health insurance (dental, medical, vision) & full match 401k.

In this role, you will receive pre-set, pre-qualified appointments. You will be responsible to meet with customers in their homes, assessing their needs for new floor-covering and providing solutions to satisfy those needs from the widest selection of brand carpet and flooring products.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Outside Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
• Must have reliable transportation, strong time management and organizational skills.
• Technologically proficient, including e-mail, tablets, smartphones, applications, etc.
• Highly motivated, focused and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, listening, communication, and negotiating skills.
