Job summary

National Floors Direct is seeking a Sales Representative to meet with customers in their homes, offering floor-covering solutions from a wide brand selection. This W2 role provides salary plus commission, pre-set appointments, and strong support from our in-house call center.

You will work on the road delivering exceptional customer experiences. Qualified candidates have 1+ year in Outside Sales or related fields, reliable transport, and a proven sales record.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Outside Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
• Must have reliable transportation, strong time management and organizational skills.
• Technologically proficient, including e-mail, tablets, smartphones, applications, etc.
• Highly motivated, focused and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, listening, communication, and negotiating skills.

Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell products/services to prospective customers.
• Passionate about delivering a great customer experience.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes.
• Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers
• Availability to work weekends.
• Educate customers on which products will best fit their unique needs.
• Represent the brand in line with our mission of delivering an amazing customer experience.
• Participate in regular sales calls, monthly sales meetings, and training as required.
• Maintain current knowledge of trends in products, services, policies and procedures.
