Job summary

National Floors Direct, a direct-to-consumer flooring specialist, seeks motivated in-home Sales Representatives in New Jersey. You will meet customers at their homes, present flooring solutions, and close sales with uncapped commissions and a $7,500 sign-on bonus for qualified, experienced reps.

The role is W2 with salary plus commission, pre-set appointments, and a strong support network including an in-house call center. Travel within the territory and weekend availability are expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Outside Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
• Must have reliable transportation, strong time management and organizational skills.
• Technologically proficient, including e-mail, tablets, smartphones, applications, etc.

Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell products/services to prospective customers.
• Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Educate customers on which products will best fit their needs.

We deliver the customer experience and expertise of a High End Floor Covering Specialty Store directly to our customers' home. We are currently seeking a highly motivated, adaptable Sales Representative to join our rapidly growing team! We have an amazing web presence, recognizable brand, great reputation, top notch customer reviews, and a highly-trained in-house call center to provide our sales representatives the best sales opportunities in the industry.

This is a W2 position; salary plus commission. Health insurance (dental, medical, vision) & full match 401k.

In this role, you will receive pre-set, pre-qualified appointments. You will be responsible to meet with customers in their homes, assessing their needs for new floor-covering and providing solutions to satisfy those needs from the widest selection of brand carpet and flooring products.
