Job summary

National Floors Direct is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to meet with customers in their homes, presenting floor-covering options from a wide range of brands. The role includes pre-set, pre-qualified appointments and a compensation structure with salary plus commission, plus benefits.

Travel within the sales territory and availability to work weekends are required, with a supportive in-house call center and strong brand reputation backing your efforts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Outside Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
• Must have reliable transportation, strong time management and organizational skills.
• Technologically proficient, including e-mail, tablets, smartphones, applications, etc.
• Highly motivated, focused and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, listening, communication, and negotiating skills.

• Maintain current knowledge of trends in products, services, policies and procedures.
