Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized, in-home sales experiences in multiple Georgia locations. You will drive hands-on demonstrations, Wi‑Fi assessments and tech delivery while working independently to meet sales goals.

This role offers uncapped commission potential and paid training to set you up for success in the field. Ideal candidates have 1+ years of commission sales, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a willingness to work evenings, weekends

Qualifications

• 1+ years in commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—be ready to drive, as a company vehicle is provided for official use.
• Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Close deals by offering hands-on demos and delivering personalized in-home experiences.
• Schedule and manage in‑home appointments with customers to maximize opportunities.
• Use negotiation and communication skills to secure sales and manage customer relationships.
• Be the face and voice of AT&T, delivering tech delivery and issue resolutions to keep customers connected.
