AT&T is seeking a Field Sales Representative to deliver personalized, white-glove experiences in customers' homes. You will engage warm prospects, demo products, and close deals with hands-on assessments, all while pursuing aggressive sales targets and enjoying uncapped commission potential.

Roles are in GA with a base plus commission and a company vehicle for official use. You'll start with paid training, work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and join a team focused on

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—company vehicle provided for official business use.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Background check and motor vehicle record screening required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers through in-home or in-field appointments to drive sales.
• Close deals with hands‑on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments and tech delivery.
• Meet and exceed sales goals with personalized, consultative interactions.
